Oulton Park
Oulton Park is one of my favourite circuits and I hoped I would ride well that weekend. With no testing available to us I struggled all weekend with the set up of my bike. Just managing to get a good lap time was hard, but like with many other rounds I managed to get a good time and qualified 3rd for the Sunday race.
A poor start off the front row meant I needed to make up a lot of places. Riding hard meant that the rear Dunlop tyre went off early in the race and I could only manage an 8th place finish. It was a disappointing weekend for me, but another good one for Craig Jones who won the race. |
